Refund policy

Cancellation

 

If you wish to cancel you need to contact us ASAP. You may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification before it has been processed for delivery. Raise reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty.

 

Refunds

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any unwanted items must be returned, with their packaging unopened and in the same condition which you received them in. Once opened, all products are non-returnable, unless faulty.
